Did you hear about the 45 civilians killed by NATO? I thought they've got the best soldiers and equipment?

And I know, I know. "It's just war". But you can't use that exuse every time. Even in the time of war, 45 civilians killed in one attack?? Isn't it scary that NATO is still considered to have the best soldiers, weapons and vehicles in the world?
