I have April 16th all access pes for All Time Low San Fran but where do I go the night of to meet the band?

So I bought All Time Low all access pes for the April 16th showing in San Francisco, but I bought them off ebay so I don't have the directions of where to go and when to meet the band. I tried calling the venue and ticket master but they never pick up, any one have all access pes too and were emailed the directions of where to go and when? PLEASE HELP!
