Who does billups Iverson trade help?

basketball is about matchups. iverson dominates pretty much anyone that tries to guard him. as far as offense, it seems that rip hamilton is taking on the ists than billups was. as far as i've seen rip is being more of the better ball distributor. iverson will allow the offense to break down defenses and help spread the court. Iverson will be unguardable in the east.
