Bamboo Tablet Helpp XU?

Well,i got my new bamboo pen and touch tablet yesterday.Sadly the disk didn't work(for photoshop and color efex) so we took it back today.Then i just got this new one begging it to work.The installment disk for the tablet worked fine and the rest too.Although the Adobe Photoshop and Nik Color Efex disk didn't.I put it in and it didn't work.This happened twice and we don't wanna go through this again.I tried doing run and my computer and all that but it said "please put a disk in"...the disk was in!!I tried this on both computer's and nothing happened.Can someone help me and let me know what is wrong??I tried everything i could think of!!
