My baby iguana has black spots on its head?!?

i just got an iguana at the fair and i noticed when i got him that he had brown flakes of skin on his so i think hes sheading cause its wearing off. but today i noticed that he has black spots on his head right above his nose. do you think this is bad or just sheading?
