We just bought a house -What should I get him for Christmas?

My fiance and I just bought a house and will be moving in after the first of the year. Subsequently, we have set a $50 spending limit on each other. When asked, he says he just wants anything for the house. What are some good suggestions? We have some fixing up to do on the house and don't have a lot of accessories, just pieces of furniture. What would you want?
