Is my mom out of line, should I tell my brother?

I personally think your mom has no right to stay in contact with her child's ex, especially one that is being extremely psycho and manipulative. It will only make it harder for her son, and it is probably only encouraging the girl. I would be really pissed if my mother kept in contact with my ex, ESPECIALLY really FRIENDLY, ongoing contact like that.
