Parents stopped caring?

My mom just gave birth to a baby...which i kinda don't like because I'm already 12, and I think why couldn't they do it sooner? But anyways, my parents stopped caring, I got a mosquito bite that started swelling on friday, I told my mom but she said don't scratch and to put some stuff like pain reliever (how is that suposed to help??) in a way she didn't care. The next day, it swelled up big time and hurt really badly, and she went to buy medichine. but FIRST, she went to wal mart to buy stuff for herself, like chapstick and socks. I had tennis that day, she told me I'd be fine but it even hurted to walk, so she pretty much almost forced me to go. she called 1 of her friends and asked her how to rescheduel a cl, telling them it was just a bug bite on my leg and was trying to get out of cl. When I comfronted her about this, she just laughed, and yelled at me. When I comfronted my dad, all he did was say : stop freaking out abou tiny things. what should i do?? they won't listen!!
