My turn signal bulbs wont stay in place......?

recently bought some aftermarket turn signals to past inspection because my olds ones were cracked.. It came with bulbs and all new hardware.....but now I had them fully installed but they stopped working because the bulbs will not stay in place if I take off the lens and wiggle the bulbs they start flashing again.... what can I do about this the bulbs are still fine. is there any adhesive type material that I put in to keep it in place?
