My husband doesn't clean up after he pees & poops in toilet it's up to me to clean it though it's so gross?

Why lately is my husband using the toilet and not cleaning up after he goes. It's not about washing hands or it's on him, but he leaves it on the toolet seat, I see his imprint of his after he poops, and when he pees it's all over the rim, why does he do that and why doesn't he clean up. He leaves it for me and I spend time after time cleaning up. I have the wipes and spray to do it, but what does it me about us?
