Isn't Singapore clearly a socialist state?

The state controls and owns firms that comprise at least 60% of the GDP through government entities such as the sovereign wealth fund Temasek, economic planning is prelevent, the majority of the residential housing developments in Singapore are publicly governed and developed and about 85% of Singaporeans live in such houses, Most schools are public and the government also has in say private school boards. Im not saying socialism is bad!
