I don't wanna go back to school?

I have some suggestions for you if you want to try these: Examine your diet, don't eat too much fast foods and sweets. Avoid eating junk foods and chocolates. Take a walk everyday or you might consider jogging or you can enroll in martial arts, swimming lesson or involve yourself in active sports like tennis or volleyball. Don't spend too much time in watching TV. If you cant avoid just limit to 1-2 hours only a day. If your major problem is your weight try hard to do what I am telling you doing exercise is also one way of releasing negative energy but don't be discouraged if you find it difficult to lose your weight just don't give up, try and try until you succeed. Research online how to deal what you feel, Look for the topic about Human Growth and Development on the puberty stage or adolescent stage. And you can look also the topic about "Understanding Adolescent Self Esteem" it will help you a lot. Your feelings will just be gone if you reach another stage so you need to know why you are feeling this way and study how you can overcome this feeling. Look for some friends that will be loyal and honest to you. It would be nice if there is somebody where you can share your problem. How about your dad? or your grand parents? Above all, continue going to school don't sacrifice your future because of this. Aim the best for your future...Set goals and take action. I believed in you and I know you can do it!!! Take courage!
