Hi,I came to delhi india from USA in first week of december 2010.after one week my baby caught Cold,cough?

Hi,I came to delhi india in first week of december 2010 with my 6 months old baby girl from USA.after one week my baby caught Cold,cough symptoms but not having fever.she was having stuffy nose and all.I already got Infant saline nasal spray and pain reliever acetaminophen from USA.I took her to pediatrician in delhi and showed the medicines I have.he confirmed me to give same medicine and saline nasal spray to her and told me to give T-minic drops to her.she started getting alright but meanwhile I got little cough and cold now I notices my baby is coughing alot and sneezing alot and.some watery mucus comes from her nose while she sneezes.I did not like last doctor from max hospital saket delhi and.now i don't have idea where to find best doctors in west delhi or anywhere in delhi.any advise will be helpful.
